WE-CARE Foundation

WE-CARE Foundation (WE-CARE) was established in 1992 and incorporated in 1994, as a local non-profit educational organization to sensitize the public in rebuilding on firm humane principle, the education sector, which was destroyed in the Liberian civil war.

WE-CARE  seeks to reduce the high illiteracy rate of Liberians, to a level at which Liberians can meaningfully participate in the knowledge based economy that runs the world today.
